Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 09/27/2018 9:38 pm 50/50 camp on this. Some say a weak strike since the bust is opposite and has trouble filling in details upon strike, other half says a grease filled strike. It is just sooooooo common to see on LMCs (especially zinc), I can't imagine Grease Filled Dies being replicated so exactly and with such frequency. I don't see this problem on Shield cents, but that's because the relief has been lowered to the absolute minimum while still being able to decipher a design of some sort.
