Checking through my mostly common coins of Hong Kong, I just found a nice little item: five cents 1964H (KM#29.1). It should pay for a couple of lunches. Shows the value of quantity I suppose.

What does the obverse look like? I'm thinking this is at least VF, and I have no reference for value. I saw that an MS example sold on ebay for nearly $3k.

What was the mintage?

Wow - I have a bag of HK 5-cent coins - about a hundred coins or so. I didn't realize they might have any notable value so I never looked through the bag. On quick glance mine are mostly 1967, but I'll go through the lot with a loop tonight! Wish me luck.
