1967 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Misaligned? Doubling?

I see possible misaligned, doubling near One in the memorial (bottom left), in America, something going on with IGWT-maybe liberty, and obviously the various die colors obverse and not sure what on reverse. A new master hub was created in 1969 to replace the previous master die as it was swelling outwards. Do you see the motto touching the rims on the 1968 cent? So in the early 1960's the working dies were enhanced to strengthen weakened areas on the dies. The neck area, was one noted on the 1964 cents. Report this Post to the Staff

Now would this have had the same effect on the reverse, E R I, only instead of towards the rim off to the left? Or is that just the die deteriorating? coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/30/2019 6:21 pm We do see die erosion as the dies age: But because they reverses are not for one year like the obverses, they may change the master hub more often as it changes less often. http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...arieties.htm 8 different changes between 1959-2008.
