The full bands on the Roosevelt dimes are pretty common. They still grade them, But I've never heard of much demand for them. No demand = a reason not to get excited about them. The full band Mercury dimes there is an interest in these.

A 1992 Full Bands sold for $400 this month.

It's got some heavy rim nicks on it which would certainly factor into a lower grade should it be submitted.
