Well, I prayed for someone I can trust yesterday and found this. Go figure... Seems to be a die Chip in the bay over the nose under a very week TRUST. Is it possible to have a large date 2 over a small date 2 on the date? I see doubling on LIBERTY and the date especially the 2 what are your thoughts on this coin? Thanks in advance as always.

I see a minor Struck Through Grease error and a plating bubble near the nose.

@sbg, I don't think that there is a doubled die either—more like DDD or some plating issues. I note that there are no known DDOs for the 1992 cents:
