In the envelopes there is reported one w/ ** and the other w/ .

and I don't know if the 2 stars are the stars before and after the date and where to check for the dot.

Probably the ** and * its an indication of quality for the seller.

Or, if you can see in the stars near the year 1937. You have two possibilities, 3-4 and 3-6. But, really, it is very difficult to see, this coins was made on war time, from a used dies modified.
