not a fan of grading a coin using TV glamour shots. if possible post in hand photos.

Looks sharp. I can see it at 66 or 67.
Is that a die crack on the reverse?

The picture are deceiving, the coin doesn't look like this. No cartwheel spokes indicated in the lighting, the luster looks very diffuse which could indicate wear. The wheat lines appear slightly worn, they are not as sharp as they should be for an MS coin, especially for a steely, which are very resistant to wear.

Yes it is Jbuck, also on the obverse there is another one coming down from Lincoln's shoulder.

Much better pictures - even though I greatly prefer a white background so I can gauge the white balance. The coin looks flat to me, I can't see any luster or indications of cartwheeling at all. Are you using diffuse light? Direct light is superior for capturing luster, example of how an MS 1943 should be reflecting light. Notice the cartwheel spokes at 2 and 8OC.
