Lovely 1939 Jefferson, would this be a 5-step designation?

Fantastic coin. Quote: would this be a 5-step designation? The label does not state FS, so I assume not. The otherwise nice photo does not show a close up of the steps for us to determine.

Quote:Where is the DDO on "In God We Trust"? There isn't any. The doubling on this coin is prominent on the reverse devices 'Monticello' and 'Five Cents' Good catch. The original post contained a mistake. I'll go back and fix it.
