I most certainly can. If you think you're gullible enough to think you're getting a $600 coin for $75 you most certainly deserve at least some blame. The buyer is part of the transaction too.

I see people post a "1933 penny" for sale on ebay all the time. Pretty much any coin collector knows there were only ever seven made of the 1933 UK penny. And nothing gets done about that either.

Usually they're 1932 pennies with altered dates.
