Interesting acquisition, lahave56!  You're correct about it being a copy. It says it right on the obverse. Errers and Varietys.

A few flea market / antique shop pick-ups from today I like this one because it actually looks really vintage (even though it's probably only about 25 years old) and I'm a sucker for anything with eagles on it (about the size of a nickel)  ----------------------------------------------------------- Casino tokens are cool (about the size of a Silver Dollar)  ----------------------------------------------------------- The Statue of Liberty is cool too and apparently contains authentic recycled copper material from the Statue of Liberty restoration project (about the size of a nickel)  ----------------------------------------------------------- Atlantic City Transit Token (about the size of a dime)  Edited by Skippy Topaz

I picked up this one at a recent show. There was a listing on token catalog but no picture, so I uploaded this one. I like it when the tc listing says rare. Another one that I picked up at that same show (in Texas). There was no TC listing so I created one. The 1896-97 TX Gazetteer listed J.H. Simpson as a barber in Marshall, TX. Marshall TX: J. H. Simpson - Good For 1 Shave  Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
