I'll say somewhere between AU-58-MS-62, possible weak strike on breast feathers.

I'm thinking it's a weak strike issue on the breast feathers.

There is probably some strike weakness in the breast feathers typical of a New Orleans strike, but there is also circulation wear elsewhere, including on the wings, obverse hair, wheat stalks, and cotton bolls. It looks like it has XF/AU sharpness.
