I'm thinking that it's the start of a Broken Post. A Die Chip on the mint mark. Just my opinion.

Not a RPM, just die chips
An RPM would not show on both sides of the post.

I've seen this before on other Denver coins.
IMHO, it is from "material" (hard gritty mint grease?) that builds up on the recessed part of the MM in this area on the die.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
