Found this in my nickel bag search, looks like a RPM. Wish the coin was in better shape, looks like some doubling going on also.

Can't be a RPM: 1989 was last year of dies being hand punched.
Just seeing Machine Doubling, normal wear, etc.

Die Deterioration doubling. Take note of how the date appears to be melting. From the 1980s into 2003, the Mint ran nickel dies really hard.
