What's really irritating about this one is that it's claimed to be PCGS certified MS64, and priced on the market. It really is a terrible piece of work. Like a chocolate coin.

Well, this one should get rejected pretty quickly when it goes directly to PCGS . . . but with no blow-back on the seller, I assume. At least no one is going to get hurt, with ebay's new policy.

I was thinking $1.99 might be a fair price. It't look good in a belt buckle.

The seller has 30 day returns and decent feedback. Why make such a deceptive listing?

Most of what the seller has is Venezuelan currency. Out of 703 listings this is the only coin.

Well then give him/her the benefit of doubt that they don't know better.

This coin does not have the ebay Authenticity Guarantee, so it will not be going to PCGS. The coin is listed under the bullion category, and bullion is exempt from the Authenticity Guarantee. There were middle east gold counterfeits that were made from real gold, but this example is not good enough to be a middle east counterfeit.

" In Cod We Trust"? Looks fishy to me.

(Come on... someone had to say it.)
