coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/14/2010 5:46 pm I see a 1989 plain cent. The obverse die is over polished near the rim. (Which happened on many of the 80's Cents.) Reverse looks normal from what I can see. Report this Post to the Staff
