SaintRidley Pillar of the Community United States 592 Posts	Posted 05/12/2012 5:55 pm I just got two American coins today. Got a pretty worn Peace dollar right at melt value. Was feeling in a peaceful mood, though. I also got my first 2 cent coin today. Very happy about that. Non-US coins and non coins brought in today include a 1957 $1 silver certificate, a 1940 UK half penny, a 1946 UK penny, and a 1902 Canadian fish scale. I'm pleased. Report this Post to the Staff

I got 3 Seated Liberty half dollars today; two I acquired from a fellow CCFer, Jeffrose! (I'm very pleased!!), and one additional upgrade that didn't quite make it here for the "41 Days of Seated Liberty half dollars". I s'pose I will have to chase down one of those cool-looking 2009 Lincoln dollars too, after finally landing one of these: Can't quite explain my fondness for nice original dark-toned classic pieces in the 50c. size or larger. I have been outbid a dozen times on ebay over AU and MS examples of this must-have coin. This one came from a local sale and it's safe from ebay at least for the rest of my short-timer life.
