Here it is.. my oldest specimen, and a prime candidate for most worn-out example in the thread! Variety = O-? ? ?
This one is going to become a 'pocket-it-now' as soon as I figure out the process..

I love these coins from the tip-top MS coins all the way to the POs!

1819 Capped Bust Half

O-108 . . R.3

A day late, but here is my best bust half. This I think is O-108, the "pincer 8" variety. It's R1 overall but I recall a mention in the Breen encyclopedia that O-108 is "extremely rare" in mint state. Mine is in a PCGS MS-63 slab.

I've wondered whether it might benefit from a trip to NCS to see if they can remove that blotchy obverse toning. I think it does detract from the eye appeal just a bit....
