I am wondering if there is an error on this coin? I think that I am wanting their

Anything-Wrong? two be an error that I figure it out. Plus I am new to coins.

It is slightly off center or misaligned but it is minor.

Keep it! Why wouldn't you? Even in a set of States Quarters taken from circulation, this coin would have some extra significance. 50 coins to make the set won't cost you any more than $12.50. Even I did that when I visited the 'States recently!
