Mint Marks On Philippines 1975 5 Sentimos Coin?

Supposedly almost 99,000,000 of these coins were minted in the United States and 10,000,000 were minted in Llantrisant. Does anybody know of a way to tell where a given coin was minted (assuming it doesn't have the Franklin Mint mark)?
