Funny, I almost didn't purchase the Philadelphia but it was late and dealer wanted to "make a deal"; cut the $$$ down and I said okay.

Well, this note has started a new collection initiative. I had not planned a collection of the $10 notes but this "Katrina Survivor" had to be acquired, thus a new 12-note collection begins. =====   |

I don't usually buy this type of note because it's so common, but this Friedberg number is an exception.  |

Beautiful example. Why do you think it didn't get an EPQ designation? Could it be because of what looks like a stain or something in the lower left margin?
