I keep all of the ones I find except for the 100's as I can't afford to tie up that much face.

Wow, that's a good looking Roanoke. I have yet to add one to my Delmarva collection. But here's a new "get" from Heritage Central States that I'm proud to call my own. It's my 4th 1902PB of this denomination and charter in my collection, but certainly the finest.   Edited by kookoox10
