Another new acquisition - a Type 2 $50 1929 National Bank Note. Not a particularly high grade, but I found it quite attractive. There are two, maybe three, barely discernible vertical folds which only show up using a high-power light (my eyes are seeing stars right now after looking at it using the light ). This completes my small size National Bank note type set - 10 notes, Types 1 and 2, $5 through $100 denominations. However, I will probably eventually add some interesting or hard to find banks to this set as time goes by.

@ghonk, I'll do that after the holidays; our kids and grandkids are visiting, so I'll be very occupied for the next several days! It's definitely not a high-end set, but I'm quite pleased with it...

It's been a while since I added to my Confederate note type set (too occupied with fractionals and small-size notes!). I just received this 1861 $5 note (T-33) today. A lower grade with a lot of folds and a few pinholes, but pleasing overall appearance.
