1939 Wheat Penny Error? Repositioned Front And Back

One more note, the edge of the coin is not choppy but smooth with bubbles where the fluting meets which leads me to believe the marks were done under pressure. Report this Post to the Staff

If it were anything He would know and would have said so. As to HOW it was done, get a pair of diagonal wire cutting pliers and just go around the coin and nip at it.
