Doing a dump at the credit union this morning, and got a 1964 half and clad dime from the coin return before starting.

3rd Time walking passed a Coinstar machine, I Struck Gold !... well silver ... 1955 Canadian Silver dime.

Hopefully I can find some more coins in the reject trays of these machines, just gotta find more of them.

My 9 year old found a 1964 dime in a coinstar machine today! The best part.....she knew it was silver!! ;-)

Sadly, not many places exchange foreign coins, but it's the spirit of the finds that matter.

Lots of Ecuadorian coins for you as well... I guess they circulate well in the USA because they are the exact same size as American coins (even I have found a 5-centavo coin in my change from Ecuador). Meanwhile, coins from Panama are so close that the Coinstar machine won't even reject them.

Coinstar,,,i was standing next to coinstar machine making up a dog tag for my dog, guy was using coinstar machine I was watching like a hawk eyeing a kill..he was done walked away about 40 seconds later I hear a coin drop I look and WOW
