Methinks as we are approaching the holidays, folk are bringing in more loose money to turn in for use in purchasing gifts.  Got these goodies today in the reject slot:  1936 (not the DDO), 1943 Steelie, and a rather beat up 1947-D Lincoln cents, then a nice shape 1994 British penny, and 5 cents in spending... Small change, but worthwhile  |

Seems like over a year since I saw anything at local Walmart Coin Star. Got these this morning. A South Korea Andamiro game token (never heard of it, looked it up), one 1995 Canada 10 cents, some quarters, dimes, nickels, one cent and three 90% silver dimes 1940,1949, 1954. None collectable but I'll take the silver.  Edited by livingwater

My luck changed a bit today. Plucked this from the Coinstar and nonchalantly put my hand in my pocket and tried to guess what it was. The edge felt sharp and flat so I though it was an international coin, as I've pulled ones from Canada, Philippines, and Bahamas (as well as a guitar pick) from this machine. However, later inspection revealed it to be what I think is a Dryer Coin. Still worth 25 cents in my book, and (like my girlfriend says about me) better than nothing.
