MrPink2018 Pillar of the Community United States 2530 Posts	Posted 01/12/2025 10:43 pm tonight I picked what I think was my first coinstar find. notably, publix got a new machine that's no longer a 'coinstar', it's a different name which I cannot remember, but I'm still going to refer to it as 'coinstar'. anyway, I picked fifty-seven spendable US cents (quarter, three dimes & two zincolns), three gaming/car wash tokens, a 1971 swiss half franc coin and this cool 1945 canadian nickel in surprisingly good condition, it's (still) very proof-like: a fine hairline scratch mars the obverse and there's a bit of crud in the date's 5, but this is a decent 80-year-old coin and not a bad pick from the machine.
