25 Cents 1975 With Several Problems

I've had this coin quite a long time and wondered if the surface bumps might be caused by a pitted die. Also, at the top of the caribou's back is a vertical line. I'm at a loss as to what may have caused this to happen. Thanks for your help.

Hi Peter4805. Just want to say that this is one nice looking quarter. I wish I could help you with surface bumps and the vertical line but I'm still in the process of learning myself..it is very interesting.
I hope someone will pass by and help you out with this one.
