Any input is appreciated, and where can such coins be graded?

Hi Hankash. Go to (131231) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed and compare your coin to an authentic example. This site is fantastic for comparison purposes.

WCG generally only has the cheaper, easily available coins. He doesn't have an example of this one. For higher-value, older or hard-to-get coins, CoinArchives is more likely to get you a hit.

The two there shown of this type look similar to yours, hankash, but I've got my doubts. Napoleon's portrait just doesn't "look right" compared with the two on CoinArchives. That's a $300-plus coin in that condition; if you're finding those in that condition down at the markets for sale at bullion value, then they're likely not genuine.

Thanks for the info Sap. I thought this site was more like a wikipedia type site, not someone's collection/information.

If "Don" means WGC, I hope so. Again, I wasn't fully aware that these were not "good" examples for authenticity. I guess I need to stop posting the link here for people to use for searching....

Hankash,
as already reported from other collectors, the coins has Napoleon picture very strange for this coin, anyway you can find several photos about "Napoleon I - Regno D'Italia" 2 Lire on the following site:
http://numismatica-italiana.lamonet....php/W-NAP/8
unfortunatly the site is in italian language, but it is very reach in images and sometime also w/ false examples.
