chrycopaul Pillar of the Community Canada 1106 Posts	Posted 04/29/2007 7:05 pm These medallions were given to school children across Canada to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Confederation. Yours must be a larger size as these ones are about the same dia. as a quarter. I remember receiving a medal at school in 1967 to mark the centennial. This one is closer to a half dollar in dia.
