I think F15 is about right; so, it's got a bit of verdigris that's probably not removable but $19 has got to be cheap.

It's got really good bones but its one that every time you look at it, you wanna try and fix/improve it.

$19.00 is cheap! F12 verdigris lowers the grade. Acetone, no harm in trying.
