started to think, that they'll ( RCM) just divide the mintage of the first Lake coin between the Subscription and individual orders. And this way, the maximal amount of the Sub will be determined by the first coin.

@Yellowperch The mint made 10,000 of each GL coin only. Of those 10,000, some are sold as a set and some are sold individually. There are not 10,000 individuals and 10,000 subs. The only confusion is around how many are for each. If there are only 1,500 subs than that leaves 8,500 for individual sale, yet someone just said they still have 1,850 subs left. Hmm...
While a lot of people know this, and soon learn this information, I think it would be much better if the Mint was explicit on how they allocated such things.

Where do you get this number from, mts?

arianzo clearly shows the information on the previous page that total number of boxes is 1,500. This was also confirmed by a RCM rep.

wow thats really nice! glad I bought! thinking of picking up another sub now...this is the nicest thing the mint has released in awhile imo. novel idea, comes with a nice box and it doesn't have any wildlife on it. too much wildlife, bugs, dinosaurs, etc lately...

Wow, that's look great.

I glad that it didn't look, like I afraid it to be (Blue enameled something on the coin surface).

Will be nice to add one by one into the box!

Interesting that TIPIT's pic and the one I posted appear to be the same coin imagine. They both look photoshopped to me. Mine came from the banner on mint.ca.

Still, it looks great. As I type, both the sub and individual coin are available on the mint's website.

Click on the pic to get it full-sized, it doesn't look like photoshopped to me. But hey, we all know they can make a bison look like the most beautiful women you've ever seen with photoshop so who knows ;)

Yes. The coin is exactly the same in both images including the lighting and shadowing.

One or the other or both are 'enhanced'. The backgrounds are different and the fingers have been removed and the edge cleansed.

I do believe they are actual images of the coin, but the photos have been modified IMO. Correct me if that is your hand or you took the pic.
