What you do there is ask for a copy of the postal receipt to ensure that the vast majority of the shipping charge was used for postage and materials, and that you will be paying anyway if he refused and immediately opening both a paypal dispute and a chargeback claim with your credit card. He will likely try to cancel the transaction or backpedal, in this case, pay the full price immediately, and reiterate your right to an itemized bill for all packing materials and postage. ebay will side with you 100% of the time.

I don't think that there is a legal ground for demanding itemized bill for all packing materials and postage. I mean, yes, you can ask, but seller has the right to ignore/refuse it as the buyer already has an invoice from ebay.

In my experience so far ebay doesn't give a rats *** Edited by Staff | The bad word filter is in place for a reason. Bypassing the filter and making the intended word obvious anyway is completely unacceptable. *** about nothing but getting there money Paypal however doesn't mess around, there usually pretty good with disputes but that's cause they sided with me in my disputes.lol I don't see how you could justify that much for shipping.

looks like the new 2014 Superman gold coin maybe subject to more minor defects ..but at least they are easier to spot on the paint job....This one has some lint imbedded in the crest..front and center..probably takes it down to PF 68..i have a 2013 Gold with similar problem but it is much harder to see http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-Canada...em3ce82cc2dcreturning it is not an option because even as it is its worth a lot more than 750 bucks....but the seller will take an offer ....so Money penney..heres your chance!...

Thanks cassidy77, but I got one each from Gatewest and Colonial Acres. They were both above issue price though. I could not get a single one at issue price. I tried everywhere, local post offices, lined up early at the Mint Boutique, out of stock at SGB even though coins were in the cart, out of stock at post office online yesterday, and the only person who did not get one from a RCM rep.

@Money Penney..glad to hear you scored the gold 2014 Superman coin..CA is pretty reliable ....I ordered early from Talisman, my first ever order from them,... but havent yet received any assurance that they got my money or even the confirmed order ..They are a huge company and I think their personal service is in want of improvement....but I guess I will find out if they honor my confirmed order at 799 USD for the 2014 superman gold coin.....a lot of folks really dont like them but I only have faith...the talisman rep I talked too said it didnt matter if I couldnt find my confirmed order online I would still get it...so they seem to demand a lot of faith....its even more stressful than an ebay preseller but actually I'm not that concerned..their gold 2014 Superman man is now at 1199..USD..currently available as is the 2013 gold for 2499 USD

My gold coin has just been shipped MonneyPenney: You're not the only person who didn't get the coin from a rep. There are thousands of MC members and a mintage of 2000, even in this forum there are people who didn't get one, including me. Although, I ordered a bit late like 36 hours after I received the email.

Arianzo, I ordered really early, one hour after got the email. It was like 11:30 pm Pacific time; the evening before it was available to MC members. I know someone who ordered at the same time as I did and got one and other people who ordered much later were able to get one. Not only that, some people were allowed more than one gold coin. Its the randomness that irks me. It really depended on which rep you got.

I'm surprised to hear others were allowed to buy more the one superman gold coin. Favoritism is knows to happen when it comes to these things. Perhaps your rep simply chose to give his allocation else where. Horrible to say it but it's probably true moneypenny. I can't see why your rep would be sleeping on the job when the superman release was sure to generate great commission for him.

MoneyPenney: Yeah, each representative has different allotments and if you share a rep. with someone who spend $$$$$$ per year, I guess the other guy will get priority even if he sends the email after yours.
Silveroid: Shipped but not from the mint. I bought from West Edmonton Coin & Stamp.

Good said. Not only RCM and reps, but also people who wanted use the different sources to have more then one sources (when RCM clearly said that one is a limit), responsible for this situation. Well, this is the limited item, and naturally that not everyone will get it, but if someone (not dealer) got 10 for example, sure that will be 9 un-satisfied MC members...
