Just wondering what exactly this is? I found the nickel roll hunting and it appears it has nickel like material either stuck or that was raised in the lower left of the obverse. The reverse is normal except for some of the letters in the area are extremely faded. It doesn't looked like it was stamped. The anomity just floats out at the level of the rim.

bertensgrad learn about how coins r made and you can tell what they r. a Cud is a die chip that touches the rim. if not on the rim it would be a die break. look at my 1983 post.
