Jefferson Nickel PMD Or Mint Error?

I found the nickel roll hunting and it appears it has nickel like material either stuck or that was raised in the lower left of the obverse. The reverse is normal except for some of the letters in the area are extremely faded. It doesn't looked like it was stamped.
