2000 1c Broadstruck-Indent 'Wide AM'-Reholder Y Or N?

Jake the Dog Valued Member United States 226 Posts	Posted 03/16/2015 9:04 pm I'm going to be sending a few things out to ANACS and was hoping to get some thoughts on reholdering a 2000 1C Broadstruck and indent error which has a ' Wide AM' reverse. The Wide AM reverse is not indicated on the holder. The holder is an old style small ANACS holder. Thanks for your thoughts and opinions! Mark Report this Post to the Staff

SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 03/17/2015 2:13 pm You shouldn't be able to fit the stroke of the initials into the space between them and the Memorial for a Wide AM, and only about half the G overhangs the and of the Memorial. A Close AM has almost all of the G outside that spot. It's spectacular enough as it is. Report this Post to the Staff

Conder101 Bedrock of the Community United States 17884 Posts	Posted 03/18/2015 12:23 pm with the close-up photos of the AME it is clear that the M is centered between the A and E so it IS a WAM. (From the earlier photos I thought it was a CAM.) Report this Post to the Staff
