For the first time ever, one of my tellers had a silver half (40%) in her drawer so I picked up a 1966 today. Not from a roll but silver at face is still really nice. That marks our 100th 40%er on the year.98 of them from one branch! Nice seeing silver spot up today, too.

While I was getting halves at a bank the other day teller says our other branch has some halves. Make my way over to the other branch not far away wind up with 2 90% and 8 40% from the second bank. Very nice teller says leave me your name and number I will call you when I get more halves. We will see what happens.

And today an interview ran me out of my normal radius, so I picked up $110 in MWR halves (yellow NF string, which are typically a bust for me). Loaded with NIFCs, a 1987 P, 1995 S impaired proof and 3 40% silvers - one 1965 and two 1968 D. Wish they had more from that box as likely a collection dump with all the NIFCs in there!
