I found this in a roll today, best I can describe is that the entire reverse seems blurred, kinda like I am looking at it with my glasses off. lol The obverse looked a bit blurred as well until I flipped it, now it looks ok. The pics are not out of focus, this is what the coin looks like.
with my fellow enthusiast. Seems to be rather common amongst the 1982 cents, worse perhaps with the small date reverses especially EPU. Even with the glasses on, they all look terrible.
I think I will hold on to this one since it is the first one I have seen like this (I have only searched around 10,000 cents). It may not have any value, but it is cool to me, kinda makes me dizzy when I look at it through the loupe, and that is fun! Thanks for i.d.ing it, I have learned so much in my short time here, a great community to be a part of.
