Steve - Thanks to you, Kyle, many others and especially Bobby (Forum Dad), I have finally learned to use off-site image editing sites. Reposting this as an example. Perhaps not ideal. but getting there.
In my opinion it would be a "birthday note" if it was 07071993. But "birthday note" has no official definition that I'm aware of so..... call it a birthday note if you'd like.
My newest $5 Star Notes that are all from low print runs of 320,000. Two have a small bend on the upper right hand corner from being placed into a currency bag but the other two that were in the middle of another stack of fives are all Crisp Uncirulated. I have noticed recently that finding star notes is not an easy task like it used to be from new straps that get delivered to the currency exchange business I work at.
