biokemist6 pretty well covered it. As an EACer I tend to apply EAC grading to copper and we make deductions to the grade for problems. And as he said, until just a few years ago ANACS also did the same thing giving a net grade after making deductions for problems on the coin. It has only been recently that they began just listing the sharpness grade and the problems. Obviously biokemist6 and I disagree on how much deduction should be made for the corrosion but we aren't too far apart. I would agree with your opinion as to how ANACS would label it today.
