Quote: As a general type, these must be the most common lowballs on the face of the earth! I'm trying to get a date set of lowballs (if mostly less worn than yours) of that type; IIRC, I'm only missing two or three dates by now (still proud of that 1864 crosslet 4 I fished out of a huge bargain pile).

U.S. silver 3¢, date just barely discernible as 1851 (first year of issue).

In present-day Africa, coins have a hard life: Gambia 1 Dalasi 1987: Mauritania 20 Ouguiya 1973: Both these were brought back from a friend on a recent trip!

I'm a little surprised they didn't give this Morgan an FR-2. Wear is into all the lettering and stars on both sides with some on the reverse completely gone. Tough crowd that day I suppose.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/153090532663Found this at my LCS in the junk silver bin, so paid melt price for it. Even if it doesn't go for much over a "normal" silver dollar price, still pretty cool to have found a rarer date dollar!

Here're some fairly slick Indians. Top row (left to right) - an 1865, another 1865, & an 1879 Bottom row - 1880, 1881, 1882
