At a small coin show today, silver dimes were $115/50. Junk Peace dollars $27, junk Morgans $33. Those are just prices I saw at two dealers tables, but I wasn't really looking for junk silver anyway.

I will wait and see what they charge at the Marlborough Show, two weeks from now.

NumisEd - same here!
I'm looking forward to the show. With spot at 25 I'm a seller. Under 25 I'm a buyer. Let's see where spot lands in two weeks. And let's see what the X factor is!

Not 25x ... 25 dollars.
If spot is 25 bucks or up I'm unloading a bunch of silver. If spot is under 25 bucks I'm buying. It's a fine line but I've got a feeling... I think a big swing is coming and I'm watchimg my indicators.

Jeff, I'm wavering on selling a 100 oz silver Canadian Mint bar now. I can get slightly over melt, which would be a 15% profit for me. But will it go up? Or will silver go down? That is the question.

Another option is to sell the bar now and buy something back. Maybe a bottle of silver bullion coins (20 oz)? Or perhaps a numismatic coin you have been eyeing for a while?

Hondo -
Yup, that's the question! I won't say which way I see silver going. That's my private forecast and I'm not qualified to advise either way. I take my risks but wouldn't wish them upon others.
What you do with that bar depends on your goals. If you're looking for a quick flip then 15% profit on a 100 oz bar is respectable... Either way, it sure is fun to hold that bar isn't it!?

Actually, it's heavier than a regular brick.

Thanks, Jeff! By the way you said Quote: If spot is 25 bucks or up I'm unloading a bunch of silver. And that's where we are at the moment, according to Kitco. Might hold on to the brick for another day or two but sometimes you take what you can get. If Ag goes up to $29, I will still have made a nice profit.
