Not quite sure if it's my smallest, but it is something off the beaten path.

These 3 coins are the only ones I have that are smaller than a dime, and even then they barely pass. 1 coin is smaller by 1.4mm, while the other 2 are 0.9mm smaller.

16.5mm diameter - 1.38mm thick

Post-Your-Tiny-Coins!

1985 Five Peso - Brass

(coin is same tint on both sides I just took obverse and reverse pics under different light before I married the 2 pictures)

My smallest coin (so far) :

"India 1/10 fanam" -- this is probably a modern fantasy coin, but it's still my smallest. It's billed as the "world's smallest coin".

Post-Your-Tiny-Coins!

Here we can see the size compared to a US Lincoln Cent (huge coin partly visible on the left). The 1/10 fanam is resting on a stage micrometer, which has a 1mm ruler. It looks like this coin is about 1.90-1.93 mm in diameter. The weight is 23-24 mg, according to my scale (which isn't the most accurate).

Here are closeups of the coin itself. This is the first time I took a whole coin shot using a microscope objective. In this case, the coin diameter called for about 7x, so I used the Nikon CFI60 plan APO 4X/0.20 with a Thorlabs ITL200 tube lens plus a Canon 1.4X teleconverter, to get 5.6X magnification at NA=0.20:

There's not much design on this coin, and it looks to be uniface -- the only interesting thing on the back is some white fibrous dirt.
