Great pictures, Justsilver!
Thank you
Nice coin

You will not sell the duplicates?
Some plans to organize Star Trek commanders team at home?

The coin, when pictured correctly - looks very good.
The foam still distracts a bit, but overall presentation not bad.

Congrats

@Silveroid

I am good at buying ( much easier, just search & click ) but having difficulty time in selling ( too lazy to pack and ship ).

lol.

I collect duplicate coins. It is fun.

I was in the line that morning at the Mint Boutique and missed getting it by one spot. I should have yelled, "anyone want to sell their coin"? The guy from Seattle who was just behind me should have also asked. He wanted one pretty badly and I am sure he would have paid a premium.

Amazing that 2 people lined up hours to buy the gold coin just to get MC status!

@Money Penney

I heard not 2 people but 3 people who lined up not because of Delta Gold Coin but looking after accumulating credit toward MC status.

Amazing.........

lol.

p.s. but they were not chasing after profit. This coin could easily sold for CAD$1600+

If you have nothing to do...why not
Kind of "to socialize"

Twice a year I see not poor people lining up for 15-20 min for free hamburger + drink, while the cafeteria, where they can buy the same with better quality, at this moment almost empty.

@Justsilver:
your post on RFD interesting.
While SilverDon posted here just sketches of different budges, you found them in the boxes.
I can expect not from RCM, but from Perth to mint them all - in silver and gold.

Star Trek Delta Gold Coin's frenzy is gone. ( no more searching of Delta Gold Coin at RCM's issue price )

Now is time to sit down and watch Delta Gold Coin price trend for next few weeks.

Any idea what is next hot coin to chase after?

lol.

@CoinCanuck94,

Sometimes, I am afraid popular serie coins, except first coin of a popular serie.

Venetian Glass Silver Coin - Only Ladybug did exceptional well.

Glow In The Dark Dino - Only first coin did well. ( Many flippers gambled on the second coin because they missed first coin )

Superman Gold Coin - Only first one did well.

Haunted Canada Serie - Only first coin did well.

etc..............

My Star Trek gold deltas finally shipped this morning, should expect them to arrive tomorrow! :)

@justsilver: That is true! IMO the renewed silver dollar series is a little different however in that it is based on popular silver dollar designs which have never been done in gold plating before (the voyageur for example), hence why some people who like or collect silver dollars may want the second one just as bad. If the mintage stays low (2,200) I can see the second one being quite popular like the first coin in the series.

Mine is 'out for delivery' should be here very soon.

Incidentally, is anyone else out there getting redirects from this website to an infamous Chinese retail site? It's been happening for a week or so but every now and then when I click on a thread here, I am being sent to another website....Also, sometimes CCF locks up and my browser says the website is not responding and/or running a long script. Multiple and various Malware scans on my side find no issues. Gremlins?

@CoinCanuck94

You are correct. Mintage 2200 pcs, limit 1 pc per household, based on popular silver dollar design.

Can't wait on the release of 2nd coin now.

lol.

This will be my next target. Too bad, 1 pc per household.

p.s. I missed buying from Mint on first coin ( CAD$189 ), bought one on ebay instead. USD$489. Ouch............
