Follow up question. The coin is loose in a plastic sleeve, not even in a 2x2. What would you suggest for storage? I am assuming it really isn't worth the time and money to send it to TPG?

Todd - An inert 2X2 is fine. This is a slightly better date, and submitting to ANACS in one of their occasional "deals" might make sense.
Rest in Peace

Agree ,MS-63RB . You can leave it in the flip or put it in a cardboard 2x2 .

If it does grade to a MS-63 RB, then it's about a $90 coin if you slab it. It's pretty and has good eye appeal. If I had a batch of coins going in to get graded, I'd include it too. Otherwise, nothing wrong with putting it into a good quality 2X2.
