MD, can tell by 1) both mintmark and date have it 2) the devices are reduced in size (high points)

Machine or Mechanical Doubling (MD) happens when upon the strike as die is moving up it hops either causing a shearing effect or multiple "shelving" effects as you see here. It is quite common and has no premium value. Mine:
