I found this strange lead coin or trinket which I have been unable to identify. It shows a square with a diamond inside of it and a round hole in the middle.

I'm no World Numismatic ,but I find it hard to believe that any Country would strike their coins in Lead .
Trinket , toy ,etc .

Could be a spindle whorl, perhaps medieval. They were sometimes made in lead.
