Hello coin community!
I have a 1978 S Proof Washington quarter with what I believe to be minting errors. Check the photos: The 'E' in 'WE' is messed up ......The 'S' mint looks to be filled....and on the reverse, one of the eagles wings has a dark mark on it where it should be frosted.

What are your thoughts? Valuable?

The E looks like the beginning of a corrosion spot. The blobbly S is perfectly normal, the mintmark punch was changed to a Clear S style in 1979. The unfrosted area on the reverse might be a small contact mark, I cannot be certain from the photo.

These are the best photos I can get of the reverse, possible 'contact mark'
