Was checking ebay last night for deals on Word silver coins, but everything seemed overpriced. Better to buy USA junk silver for below spot than to buy European silver for spot + 10%.

Todays ebay scores in my mailbox! A 1922 Peace dollar for $29.65 (current melt $38.85). and a mixed lot of proof and mint sets for $264.75 (Current Melt 370.56 + $53.01 FV in base metal) On a side note, lucky I received the Peace dollar. Seller shipped in a regular non padded manilla envelope. It was sliding around, with no glue or tape to seal it, just the metal clasp (And an unintended consequence of finding cheap silver is a very large accumulation of mint and clad proof sets)
