Does anyone knows what this token is? what it was used for? any info about this 18 P token would be a great help for me and my friend that is looking for info about it.

This is a 50 Prutah Token (Israel in the 50s) seems to be in relation to a contribution to a synagogue as it has a line from the bible on it.

The number 18 or "Chai" is a symbol of life in Judaism. This is quite literally a token of health/prosperity/long life.
