I like the luster. They'll probably give it MS65 or MS66.

I would guess that toning would significantly increase the value.

Keep in mind that a 67 for this date is nearly common, selling in the $120-$140 range.

The color is superb , but even with the full horn and very nice tail my opinion is MS-63 .

Obverse dies was in the late/last stages of usage.

Personally, I don't like the color - looks dipped.

What does NGC say on the slab?
