Looks filled what is this and is it a error sorry was looking at to many coins and put nickel but knew it was a dime sorry

Ok a couple things first

And second, the photo you posted is not a nickel, but a dime.
With that said, it appears the coin has taken a hit and is not an error
Post mint damage so only worth ten cents.
But keep looking!
